Wheatless Wonders creates quality baked goods and mixes that not only taste amazing but are made from as many organic and non-GMO ingredients as possible. We take recipes that we know and love and convert them into gluten free, dairy free, vegan and sugar free baked goods. Our hobby business has grown more than we ever imagined!

A bit about me. Since 2012, I have been Gluten Free and it has been great for my health…BUT it has been so hard to find sweats & treats that are GF, that taste great. When I moved from Minneapolis, MN to Bemidji, MN the options were almost non-existent. My solution, I started Wheatless Wonders in 2016, with my now husband (Dan). I felt that the Bemidji community lacked a good Gluten Free option for baked goods and this new baking adventure would fill that gap!

On top of baking I work full-time as a Graphic Designer and Creative Director at Evolve Creative in town. Finding time to balance work and baking has been a challenge, especially as our family grows. But, it has been great seeing Wheatless grow over the years. My husband and I now have two children, Carter (18 months) and Cayden (2 months), and life is a little more crazy with a family of four! But we still hope to continue with Wheatless Wonders in some capacity going into the future.
