Gluten Free
At Wheatless Wonders ALL of our dry mixes and baked goods are Gluten Free, plus we are Celiac Friendly. We understand that Gluten contamination is a serious issue, so all of our products are produced and packaged in a Gluten Free kitchen. We also source most of our ingredients from facilities that check for 20 PPM. We do continual ingredient checks to make sure everything we use is in fact Celiac Friendly.
Our Ingredients
We use a custom flour blend that we have developed over the past five years. Flours we use: White Rice Flour, Brown Rice Flour, Cornstarch, Potato Starch, Tapioca Flour, Almond Flour to name a few. We are always trying new ingredients! We are currently experimenting with more grain free options, due to the demand.
Dairy Free & Vegan
We provide a variety of Dairy Free and Vegan baked goods, along with being Gluten Free. We use a variety of butter and milk substitutions. We try to avoid soy based products, since many of our clients have a related sensitivity to soy, much like gluten, so we use nut based butters and coconut products in many of our products. For our vegan products we use a variety of egg replacements: Applesauce, Flax seed eggs, Chia Seed eggs, and Egg Replacer depending on the product.
Sugar Free & KETO
Wheatless Wonders provides a few items that are Gluten free AND Sugar Free. We use Monkfruit for our sugar substitute. We also use local honey and Maple syrup if you are just trying to stay away from processed sugar. And lastly we make KETO friendly treats! These items are normally 1-5 Net carbs. We offer muffins, mini cakes, scones and cookies. The best part is that they don’t taste sugar free!!
